Learn to book calls on live leads. Get paid for what you produce. Earn the closer seat.
Top setters make $3,000 to $4,000 USD a month booking calls with US contractors who asked to talk to us. Uncapped commission on a $2,000 USD base, working directly with the CEO.
What this role actually is.
Most setter jobs set you up to fail. You are just a number in a big company: cold leads, no script, nobody to close. Here every lead comes from our own ads, and the CEO trains you.
We get US contractors into the top three on Google. A roofer in Texas sees our Facebook ad, knows the price and asks for a call. You call him inside five minutes and book him with a closer.
We under promise and over deliver. Every client knows what they are getting before they pay, and gets it. You only ever book calls for what we can deliver. We have plenty of proof to back it up: titansmediagroup.com/testimonials
What we give you.
Leads, not a cold list
100 to 200 US contractors a month who saw our Facebook ad about ranking top three on Google, know the price and asked to talk to us.
The system, not a manual
The playbook, the scripts, the dialer and the call library. You are trained on the system and dialing on your first day. Your lead sheet fills itself, so you dial instead of typing.
Trained by the CEO
Your calls reviewed with the CEO three times a week. You get better every day.
Your numbers in front of you
Your own dashboard: dials, bookings, shows and what you have earned, live.
Fully remote. Paid in USD. US business hours.
A path, not a seat.
Setter today. Senior Setter when you lead the floor. Closer when you have earned it.
Your number
You tell us what you want to make. We work back to exactly what it takes, and you see it every day.
Setting or closing
Prove the seat and you are first in line for the closing role, with the pay that comes with it.
Earn more by booking more
The way to earn more is to book more Zooms that show and close. Our best setter trains the next setter.
To make top Google rankings available to every contractor who does good work.
It used to take a big budget. Now AI does it.
The honest version
Why you might not want this job:
- We move fast and things change weekly
- Nobody holds your hand. A few role plays, then live leads
- Some days are intense. Some weeks will suck
- US business hours, with daily check ins
- The first seven days are a paid trial. Passing is not automatic
If that puts you off, better to know now. If it makes you want the job more, you are who we are looking for.
What you will actually do.
You own three numbers: speed to lead under 5 minutes, booking rate 40%+, show rate 60%+. How you hit them is yours.
Dial every lead that comes in
100 a month at today's ad spend, 200 as it goes up. Fresh leads from our ads plus the old leads in the pipeline.
Qualify and book the good ones
Qualified leads go onto our sales calendar. Quality of qualification is the metric.
Make sure they show
Confirm every booked call the day before. Chase no-shows and get them back on the calendar.
Book calls from the old database
Leads who never booked, no-shows, cancellations and reactivations. Your own bookings pay more.
Who we are hiring.
Not for you if
You want:
- Leads handed over and nothing to chase
- Things to stay the same week to week
- To be paid for showing up
- Feedback softened before you hear it
For you if
You have already:
- Done hard things nobody made you do
- Taken tough feedback and used it the same day
- Wanted to be paid for what you produce, not for showing up
- Spoken native-level English all your life
How you get paid.
No cap. Paid when they show, paid more when they close. The $2,000 USD base keeps you fed while you learn. The setters who book make $3,000 to $4,000 USD a month.
They show, you get paid.
They close, you get paid more.
Paid in two halves, on the 5th and the 20th.
The math to $4,000 a month
$2,000 base + 48 shows × $20 + 24 closes × $50 = $4,160 USD
Every rate is in your agreement before you start.
